Five days no food, five days no hunger
My name is Thomas Schyns. Two years ago, I went on a 5-day water fast, and it completely changed my life. I had heard about the benefits and decided to give it a try. What I learned was surprising: “Food makes you hungry.” Five days without food meant 5 days without hunger. I realized that not eating for a while made my hunger go away. In two years, I lost 25 kilos, without being overweight.
